ABOUT US

Naples Pride is a volunteer based grassroots 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that started in 2017.

We started as a Pride with Purpose Pride Festival, to raise funds for an LQBTQ+ Emergency Fund and to have a day to celebrate our achievements; to make ourselves visible; a day where we can express all that we are, proudly, without fear and to honor those that fought for LQBTQ+ rights before us.

Thanks to the support of the community, allies and businesses, sponsors and participants, volunteers and organizers, young and old alike, we have been able to open The Center. A safe, supportive space for the inclusive LQBTQ+ community to gather, unite and create change. A center where through support and social groups, people can empower one another, so they live to their full potential, all while educating our larger community. The Pride Center is there when people need to reach out. It is a place for all of us to stand proud of who we are and who we have become; a place to inspire hope to all.

Naples Pride will lead & inspire the LGBTQ+ Community of SWFL by providing inclusive programs, events and opportunities utilizing the individual & collective strengths of the community, creating social change and an environment where all feel safe, celebrated & valued.
