Naples Pride FAQs
When & where will Naples PrideFest be held?
Naples PrideFest is taking place Saturday, June 7th 11AM-4PM at Cambier Park, 755 8th Ave S, Naples, FL 34102.
Who can attend Naples Pride?
We strive to make this a family friendly event -- all are welcome, regardless of age or sexual orientation. That said, this event is a celebration of the LGBTQ+ community in Southwest Florida and all Naples Pride stands for, and we expect attendees to honor that. Naples Pride has exclusive use of Cambier Park for the day, so those who do not align with our beliefs or interrupts the celebrations will be asked to leave.
I heard there are going to be drag queens performing on the main stage at Cambier Park. Are those shows really suitable for children?
Yes! The Naples Pridefest drag shows are family-friendly and suitable for all ages. Our drag queens are incredibly talented makeup artists, costume designers, dancers, and much much more. Their performances are designed to be inclusive and uplifting, with a focus on entertainment, creativity, and community spirit.
In addition, Naples Pride has strict guidelines in place to ensure all performances are appropriate for all ages. Specifically, performers are prohibited from incorporating nudity, vulgarity, sexual content, or anything obscene into their shows. These standards help create a welcoming environment where families and minors can enjoy the festivities too.
In short, you can feel confident bringing your kids to Naples Pridefest. The event is thoughtfully curated to reflect the values of acceptance, diversity, and respect for all.
Is it safe to attend Naples Pridefest?
Safety is our highest priority, which is why we have partnered with the Naples Police Department to manage security. We are also taking several new measures to ensure this a safe and joyful day for all. We're aware of the scare tactics used by a select few who have not taken the time to attend Pridefest or learn about the LGBTQ+ community. Rest assured, protestors will not be permitted entry into Cambier Park and those who do not align with our beliefs or cause disruption will be asked to leave.
If you see or experience any kind of harassment before, during or after you leave the park, please let a volunteer know.
Is there a cost to attend?
Yes. General admission is $10. There is no charge for children 12 and under. While a limited number of tickets will be available at the entrance, we strongly encourage you to buy your tickets online ahead of time to guarantee your entry.
