In this interactive presentation, we’ll consider ways in which painful circumstances impact us while refreshing our awareness of the power and capacity we have to provide ourselves with much-needed support at some of life’s moments of loss and difficulties. Led by Lori Martinez, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, we will each bring our perspectives to the conversation while also reflecting on content meant to remind us of our own ability to love ourselves through each of our experiences.
