Join Gigi, physical therapist and acupuncture physician, for yoga at the Naples Pride Center!
Improve balance, flexibility, and strength while relieving stress and taking time for yourself.
Classes meet every Wednesday at 5:30 p.m., October 14 through December 2.
Please bring your own yoga matt.
